Recently, ProDeck Construction was hired for a unique project, a custom treehouse. Using deck-building techniques and even Trex composite decking and railing, we created this free-standing structure to go up and in the tree without ever attaching to the tree itself or cutting any of the major branches.

The tree prior to trimming.
The finished product.
We let the branches come right through the decking.
A custom ladder. The rungs are made with galvanized steel pipe.

Much of the layout and design was decided upon in progress. This was a different but fun project to work on.
Hopefully the kids find it fun as well!
very cool. i want one!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome treehouse! I love that the tree was left alone but you created the perfect house/fort within it. Looks like years of fun and adventures!
